Estero Fine Arts Show - First show of 2020!

Estero....My first show of 2020 AND my very first show out of state! I traveled all the way from Iowa to Florida for this show and wow it was a learning experience! This trip had me pretty nervous for quite a while before I actually left. Traveling so far for a show is a big step! But one thing that had me excited was that I had friends and family all along the route, so I was able to stay with them during the trip. It worked out great! The drive is over 22 hours. Five Monkeys Inc - Building a Creative Community

Paintings cover the walls in a variety of styles. Shelves are filled with jewelry, soaps, woven baskets, and so much more! They even have tea! And when you go into the back, unpainted pottery fills the shelves lining the walls. A rainbow of glaze colors to choose from let you make the pottery your own! The pieces you paint here become treasured items for years to come! Want to visit yet? This just gives you a small peek at what I feel every time I walk in the door. The owner, Dina, opened up...

Be Authentic. Be Free. Step Into the Wild with Me.

We are inundated with so many messages about what we, as women, should be. Delicate. Feminine. Quiet. Beautiful. I spent a lot of my life alternating between trying to fit into that mold and trying to do everything to be the opposite. Neither felt true to me. And it wasn't until my late 20s when I started Nymph In The Woods that I started to truly accept that.  Be Free. Be Authentic. These are the new taglines for my jewelry for good reason. This is...
